Nowadays, we all know it is of great importance to do some regular exercises. They can help us keep fit, lose weight, strengthen body and build an active and optimistic attitude toward life. There are wide ranges of sports that we can choose from: jogging, hiking, swimming, yoga, setting-up exercise and etc. One can always find a sport that suits him as long as he wants to. However, have you ever noticed that the sport you choose may have a limitation: although they can effectively strengthen your physical body, they cannot provide focused training for one of our most precious apparatuses—our eyes.
We should know that in this pressure-filled world, every part of us is undergoing great stresses and tiredness. Thus every part of our body will need some appropriate exercises to help strengthen it in order to make sure they will remain in good working condition, our eyes without exception. Yet we only know that people go to a fitness center to train his or her muscle, we rarely hear that people do a particular exercise for their eyes. So obviously, we are omitting a very important part of exercise—the exercise of our eyes.
In many cases, people don’t exercise their eyes not because they don’t want to but because they don’t know how to. So today I am going to share with you how to exercise your eyes. The first name of the exercise could be the “watching far away” exercise. Everyone knows that this will help rest eyes. But the question in hand is that do you remember to do that known-to-all exercise regularly? The second is the eye closing exercise. To close your eyes for 10 minutes is also a good way to rest your eyes, especially when there is no open area for you to watch into the distance. The third exercise is rolling your eyeballs. Rolling your eyeballs clockwise and counterclockwise for several times, you will see it can greatly reduce the tiredness of your eyes and help you feel lit up.
Above are the basic ways to exercise our precious eyes. But there is still one more thing to keep in mind and that’s to visit the green nature regularly. The green nature, together with fresh air, cheering sunlight, is the best antidote for reviving your eyes.
